Traverse mist-covered mountain slopes in search of enchanted moments spent watching the intricate interaction of families of mountain gorillas.
Prospect dense thickets and bamboo forests that elongate over a series of steep ridges and marvel at the ecological uniqueness and natural beauty of this sequestered mountain haven.
Day 01: Arrival
You’ll be picked up when you arrive at Entebbe International Airport and driven to your accommodation in Entebbe, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 02: Bwindi impenetrable National Park
After sunrise and breakfast at the hotel we’ll drive to Bwindi or Take a scheduled flight from Entebbe Airport to Bwindi. (optional)
Trek into the forest to disburse time with a Mountain gorilla family of Bwindi. Approximately half of the world’s total gorilla population live in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
The walking can sometimes be tough and long, but when you catch a sight of a magnificent silverback and his family, your journey will be well worth the effort. When sighted, visitors will be guided to within six meters of the gorillas. You are allowed an hour with the gorillas before returning to the base cantonment.

Day 03: Bird watching.
Grab your birding guide and binoculars for a tremendous birdwatching foray through the ancient rainforest. The park is home to an impressive 350 bird species, of which many you will delight in ticking off your list on this 2-3 hour excursion that is hosted by a knowledgeable guide.
Take a 3-hour journey of discovery,along a winding trail framed by unnaturalized, beryl vegetation, to witness the spontaneous parade of the Munyaga Waterfall.

Day 04: Hiking
Buckle on your hiking boots for this full-day adventure as it kick-starts with a 3-hour hike through the forest to a Batwa settlement. Known as the “Keepers of the Forest” the tantalizing Batwa pygmies of the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park are a hunter-gatherer tribe that has lived side-by-side with the wildlife of this ancient park for thousands of years.
At this Batwa croft observe how the women prepare, cook and serve a meal. Engross with medicine men and learn about the medicinal properties of the lush forest flora.

Day 05: Departure
After an appetizing breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled light aircraft flight to Entebbe. Upon arrival in Entebbe Airport you will be transferred to your international flight.
